Reservation Confirmation:

All reservations made through our website, phone, or in person will be confirmed via email or other communication methods.

Check-in and Check-out:

• Check-out time is 11:00hrs.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Booking Guarantee:

• To guarantee your reservation, we may require a valid credit card at the time of booking.

• Some reservations may require a deposit or prepayment.

Cancellation and Modification:

Cancellations or modifications to your reservation must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy, which may vary based on room type and rate plan. Failure to cancel within the stipulated time frame may result in charges for the first night's stay. Non-refundable reservations are not eligible for cancellation or modification.

No-Show Policy:

If you do not arrive on the scheduled date of arrival without prior notice, you may be charged for the entire reservation.

Our hotel is entirely non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas, and smoking in designated outdoor areas is subject to local regulations. Failure to adhere to our non-smoking policy will result in a financial penalty of GBP 500.00 which will be charged to your room account.

We do our best to accommodate special requests, such as bed preferences, but cannot guarantee their availability.

Damages:

Guests are responsible for any damages to the room or hotel property caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly to your room account.
