Apartment Availability:

The availability of any apartment is contingent upon its availability upon receipt of the required deposit.

Booking Deposit:

Generally, a one-night cost of the boking rate is required as a deposit. Management at their discretion may increase this amount depending on the length of the stay and number of people staying in.

Payment:

Your booking must be pre-paid in full in accordance with your chosen booking policy.

Parking Facilities:

Complimentary parking facilities are available in close proximity to the building, with each apartment allocated one parking space. While every reasonable care is taken, the hotel cannot assume responsibility for guests' vehicles.

Pet Policy:

Regrettably, pets are not permitted on the premises in accordance with our house rules.

VAT Inclusion:

Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in all our pricing.

Service Charges:

A discretionary 10% service charge is applied to bills for additional services provided. Please contact reservations or reception for further information.

Valuables:

The safety and security of your valuables are your responsibility, and the hotel management will not be held liable.

Fire Safety:

The hotel is fully compliant with fire safety regulations and holds a valid fire certificate.

Check-In and Check-Out Times:

Check-in time is set at 3 pm on the day of arrival, with check-out time at 11 am on the departure date.

Special Offers:

Special offers cannot be combined with other promotions. If conditions are not met, the standard tariff will apply. Certain dates may not be available for special offers.

Guest Behaviour:

Guests and their visitors are expected to maintain decorum and avoid disruptive behavior that could cause discomfort to other guests. The hotel reserves the right to seek compensation for any damage to hotel property, fixtures, or fittings resulting from guest actions or the actions of their party or visiting friends. Should the behaviour be inappropriate, management at its own discretion have the authority to discontinue the booking without refund.

Children Policy:

Our child categorisation is as follows: 0-2 as infants, 3-12 as young kids, and 13-18 as teenagers. Children must be always accompanied in restricted areas.

Group Travel:

If you plan to travel in a group of six or more, please inform us at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in refusal of check-in, with any deposit being forfeited. Unauthorised groups will also be declined. Larger groups may be required to provide an additional deposit at check-in, which will be refunded upon departure if no issues arise. Inappropriate behavior by the group after check-in may result in the reservation being discontinued without refund. For group bookings of more than six people, please contact our reservations team for assistance.

Smoking Policy:

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property.

Other restrictions:

No naked flames including candles, burning incense, smoking sheesha (pipes) or bbqs are permitted inside or outside the premises.

Maintenance:

For any new defects which occur during your stay, please notify us within the first 24 hours of their occurrence. Thereafter you will be deemed to have accepted the condition of the Property.

CCTV Surveillance:

The public areas of the property are under 24/7 CCTV surveillance for the safety and security of our guests and staff.

Force Majeure Clause:

Fox on the Hoe Luxury Hotel Apartments cannot accept liability or provide compensation when the performance of the contract is affected by unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances may include but are not limited to natural disasters, industrial action, terrorist threats, epidemics, or similar situations.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations will be handled in accordance with the individual booking terms and conditions. Please refer to your specific booking cancellation policy.

No Show Policy:

Failure to honour a confirmed booking (no-show) will result in a charge equivalent to the full amount of the stay.

Guest Conduct, Prohibited Activities, and Room Access Policy:

Guests are strictly prohibited from engaging in any illegal activities, including but not limited to drug dealing, operating brothels, conducting unauthorised businesses, or committing criminal acts while staying at our hotel apartments.

In the event that such activities come to the attention of the management, we reserve the right to terminate the guest's stay immediately, without refund, and to report the matter to local authorities as required by law.

Additionally, management retains the authority to access guest rooms without prior notice in cases involving suspected illegal activities or unauthorised parties, and guests may be required to vacate the premises immediately under these circumstances. Any extra cleaning required, or damages will be the responsibility of guests and shall be recovered prior to departure.
